Customer File Upload

Please note: PDF (Adobe Acrobat) is our preferred file format.
When exporting your file to PDF, please use the PDF/X-1a:2001 export settings. Providing a High-Res PDF file will make sure you receive the highest quality print job.
When sending us a PDF, you should embed all fonts. All BLACK TEXT should be 100% K or black only. Please keep all copy 3/16″ to 1/4″ from trim to maintain a “safe zone”.
All images need to be at least 300 DPI at physical size to insure quality reproduction.
If your document has bleeds, please allow 0.125″ and include them in your PDF. Single page files are best – NOT PRINTER SPREADS.
If you’re sending us InDesign files: Please package all fonts and images, and include a PDF of the document in the packaged file, and compress the folder before uploading.
